Role Summary:
Evening Sous Chef
This is a full-time on-site position for an Evening Sous Chef at a prominent restaurant located in the Noosa area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing evening food preparation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food standards, and collaborating with the Head Chef to create innovative dishes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills and experience in kitchen management, as well as excellent menu planning and food presentation skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygienic practices is essential, along with team management and leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
