This opportunity is well suited to someone looking to deepen their experience within a structured development environment, working closely with an experienced team across both the front-end and delivery phases of projects. You will play a key supporting role across a number of active developments, contributing to both the commercial and delivery aspects of the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of development feasibilities, including inputs around costs, programme and key assumptions
* Support the coordination of development budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting
* Assist with the administration of consultant and construction contracts, including processing and reviewing claims and invoices
* Contribute to programme management, tracking key milestones and supporting delivery timelines
* Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders across planning, design and delivery phases
* Support the preparation of internal reporting, submissions and project documentation
* Work closely with project teams during delivery to help monitor progress and resolve day-to-day project matters

About You
* 2–4 years' experience in property development, construction, or a related field
* Exposure to industrial, logistics, commercial or similar asset classes preferred
* Strong attention to detail with an interest in both financial and delivery aspects of projects
* Confident working with numbers, reporting and project documentation
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering preferred, or other relevant discipline such as Property, Construction or similar
