Job Description
This is a critical leadership position responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality, safe, person-centered care to consumers in residential care. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead and manage nursing and care assistant staff to ensure the provision of exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. You will be hands-on in your management style, providing mentorship and guidance to both direct and indirect staff.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse, ideally within the Aged Care industry
* Previous experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring healthcare staff
* Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory legislation
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to coach frontline staff
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business improvement
* Strong knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety

* An hourly rate ranging from $48.12 to $50.54 gross base per annum, dependent on experience
* A $50,000 per annum bonus for the first two years of employment
