About the Role: As a key member of the Marketing and Merchandising team, the Digital Producer is responsible for executing ongoing content updates and enhancements across our digital platforms, identifying new opportunities and optimising the experience customers see when they visit our website across multiple brands. Working with a cross-functional team the Digital Producer will help define the solutions that shape our digital customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of all aspects of website content across the full range of brands Manage the content production for website redevelopment projects Assist in the optimisation of navigation, functionality, meta data and customer experience across all InvoCare websites. Manage the content production process to help ensure a high rate of content accuracy and efficiency. Work with agencies and internal stakeholders on all digital projects. Provide knowledgeable creative input and make recommendations on digital components based on content and technical. Supporting website redevelopment builds. Ownership of producing campaign-specific landing pages, updating and maintaining content. Ensure online brand is reflective of the overall brand to enhance and support overall brand awareness and recognition. Continually contribute to the improvement of systems, processes and procedure that will improve the digital customer experience What We're Looking For: Essential Previous experience working in digital, managing websites and web content with a proven track record on working in and delivering digital projects Experience working within Enterprise Content Management Systems (AEM preferable) Degree qualified (IT, Business, Communications) Desirable Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript Experience working within an agile framework Experience working within Adobe product suite Why join us?
