Are you a creative videographer/editor/script-writer who wants to help build a personal brand from the ground up?
I'm looking for a videographer/editor/script-writer to work closely with me to grow my personal brand and drive my commercial enterprise through a story-telling. This role is ideal for someone who loves content, understands social media, and is excited about shaping the look, feel, and voice of a brand in its early stages.
You'll be hands-on with filming, editing, and content creation, and will play a key role in positioning the director and the podcast across social platforms.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for helping turn ideas into high-quality, engaging content that builds visibility, credibility, and audience growth.
Your work will include:
* Filming and recording podcast episodes
* Setting up and operating cameras, microphones, and lighting
* Editing podcast episodes (audio and video) in a prompt and efficient manner
* Creating short-form clips, reels, and highlight content on and off-site
* Producing still posts and stories for social media
* Can repurpose content for specific social media platforms
* Helping develop and maintain a consistent personal brand style
* Planning content ideas and schedules
* Supporting marketing content aligned with the director's business and personal brand

About You
This role is suited to someone who is both creative and proactive.
Ideally, you'll have:
* Experience using cameras, microphones, and basic production setups
* Editing experience (CapCut, Adobe XD, Final Cut, DaVinci, Premier Pro, After Effects etc.)
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Ability to create both video and still content
* A good eye for branding, storytelling, and aesthetics
* The confidence to contribute ideas and direction
