We have an opportunity for a Finance/Administration Assistant to join our Centre Management Office at Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre. An integral role providing support to the centre team and retailers. About the role A busy and varied role with no two days the same. Providing a high level of administration and customer service, supporting across a range of administrative tasks. The role will see you interacting with a wide variety of individuals, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service and communication skills and gain experience with centre administration and operations. Working closely with the Administration Manager, the position will include: Supporting with a range of administrative tasks including, assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection process Providing day to day administrative support for the centre management team Maintaining effective records and file management Preparing centre accounts payable and monitor expenditure Assisting in managing the public liability incident (PLI) process for assets within Stockland guidelines Minute-taking of centre team meetings and other forms of team communication Acting as point of contact for the centre management office, including telephone enquiries Maintaining relationships with centre retailers and contractors Actively participating in OH&S activities/training programs/seminars Address any HSE issues where possible or refer to Operations or Centre Manager as required About you Solid administration and accounting support experience Customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of accounts payable preferred Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise Proficient computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word Experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages Efficiency working as part of a team or autonomously, with the ability maintain confidentiality as required The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
