Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and guide customers through an exceptional in-store journey.
Stay trained on the latest tech and gadgets to support customers with informed solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that transform their telecommunications experience.
What you'll do
As a Telstra Retail Consultant, you'll be continually trained on the latest technology.
Your knowledge, consultative approach, and proactive sales mindset will help you support customers with effective solutions.
