Located at our Murray Bridge operation, we are currently seeking several Production and Assembly Operators who are committed, professional and reliable to join our team and will use these attributes to achieve CW Products goals.
Due to the nature of this role candidates will need to be fit and healthy, active and multi skilled to perform a broad range of duties and activities. Internal support and training will be provided where required.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person we are seeking will possess the following attributes:
* You must be physically fit as manual handling and lifting stock is required
* Excellent English communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions
* Ability to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner
* Neat and tidy personal presentation
* Reliable with a good work ethic
* Self motivated and work with minimal supervision
* Must be able to follow safe work instructions
* Have a positive 'can do' attitude
* Valid work visa or Australian permanent residency/citizenship required
Duties & Responsibilities include:
* Operating Machines and saws
* Operating various power tools
* Manufacture of roller shutters
* Assembly of roller shutter curtains
* Boxing and crating roller shutters
* General Housekeeping
Experience & Skills:
* Strong communication skills
* Customer focused, proactive and reliable
* Able to work within a team
* Flexibility – able to work in a cross-section of roles according to team needs
* Attention to detail is essential
Qualifications:
* Forklift ticket & experience preferable
* Current drivers license preferable
* Previous experience with roller shutter manufacturing is preferred (but not essential)
