Located at our Murray Bridge operation, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Powder coater, who is committed, professional and reliable, to join our team and use these attributes to achieve CW Products goals.
Due to the nature of this role candidates will need to be fit and healthy, active and multi skilled to perform a broad range of duties and activities. Internal support and training will be provided where required.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person we are seeking will possess the following attributes:
* Have previous experience in Powder Coating
* Able to think laterally, and are results focussed
* Enjoy challenges and problem solving
* Can demonstrate you have a 'can do' attitude and can work as part of a team as well as independently.
* You must be physically fit as manual handling and lifting is required with the ability to understand and follow instructions
* Reliable with a good work ethic
Experience & Skills:
* Powder Coating experience
* Hold a current forklift licence
* Strong communication skills
* Customer focussed, proactive and reliable
* Able to work within a team
* High attention to detail and quality of workmanship
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task and effective time management
* Able to meet targets set by the supervisor
Qualifications:
* Forklift ticket is essential
* Current driver's license essential
* Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
* Previous Powder Coating experience is essential
