Property Manager - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

You must have a positive, helpful attitude with the enthusiasm and passion to want to learn and grow. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work well under direction, in a team environment; autonomously to complete tasks to deadlines, show outstanding client focus and service and above all, a desire to assist the team as we continue to expand.
Working closely with other team members your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leasing inspections and negotiations
* Routine inspections
* Bond vacate and PCR inspections
* Preparation of tenancy agreements
* Correspondence preparation
* Client liaison and managing client relationships
* Checking and approving lease applications
* Property Maintenance
The ideal candidate must have the following:
* Experience in Property Management andLeasing
* The ability to meet deadlines
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
* High level of initiative and self-motivated
* Works well under pressure
* High level of computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration
* Valid driver''s license
* Well-spoken and well presented
* Fast and accurate touch typing skills
* High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
* Ability to work a part of a team
* Certificate IV in property service
