About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the CEO and provide support to the executive team to help Job Pathways achieve its strategic goals. You'll coordinate schedules, manage information flow, organise meetings and travel, and be a key liaison across stakeholders.
This role demands a proactive, solutions-focused professional with exceptional communication, discretion, and prioritisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO, including diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
* Leadership & Operational Support: Deliver quality administrative and project support to the broader executive team. Prepare, review, and format reports, presentations, and board documentation to a high standard.
* Travel & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, meetings, and events across multiple locations. Ensure all logistics are seamlessly executed.
* Information & Workflow Management: Oversee the efficient flow of information between executives, teams, and external stakeholders. Maintain and improve administrative systems to support effective decision-making and organisational performance.
Mandatory Experience:
* Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support
* Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with integrity
* Experience coordinating complex tasks, projects, or processes in a professional environment
What You'll Need
* A current C Class driver's license (essential)
* Ability to travel within the region
* National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
