We are seeking to establish a pool of dedicated Associate Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Rockingham Beach Education Support Centre (ESC) is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and highly skilled educational leader to join our leadership team. The Role

We are ideally seeking a leader who is deeply committed to supporting and embedding whole-school practices, with a strong foundation in current, research-based educational approaches. Experience in data analysis and its application to inform teaching and learning would be highly regarded. The role calls for a high level of curriculum leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all classrooms.

The suitable applicants should be inspiring leaders with the ability to guide teams, tailor support to individual staff needs, and foster authentic relationships with students, staff, and the wider community. Their leadership will contribute to maintaining and enhancing the school's positive culture and collaborative environment.

The suitable applicants would work closely with the leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and broader community, actively promoting and driving the school's vision and strategic direction in collaboration with staff, families, and students.

Eligibility

To work with us, you must:

* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
* obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
* consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
