What you'll be doing:

This predominantly administrative role coordinates the effective maintenance and readiness of RFS vehicles and equipment. You will coordinate and schedule work, maintain accurate asset records in the corporate asset management system, and prepare reports to inform planning and compliance. The role also includes some hands‐on tasks, such as basic routine maintenance and diagnostic checks. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using corporate systems are essential.


Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in light and medium rigid truck maintenance and a proven ability to work effectively with a range of contractors across multiple locations. Strong competency in using computers and corporate databases is essential, including maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date records within a corporate environment. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work to tight timeframes as part of a small, high‐performing team. Previous experience in fleet management will be highly regarded.
