Lead Operations Executive
The Lead Operations Executive is responsible for driving performance and improvement initiatives across a regional health service in NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of clinical, physical, human, and financial resources for inpatient and community healthcare services.
* Single Point of Care, including patient flow, district hospital in the home, and virtual care management.
* Medical imaging, health services planning, health information management, and a range of corporate services.
The role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and strong governance skills to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
A key focus will be the implementation of a three-year turnaround plan, managing operational budgets, and overseeing capital works projects.
