to find a suitable candidate to fill a unique opportunity. You will contribute
to the strategic delivery of remuneration reviews for their global workforce
across more than 100 overseas missions.

Responsibilities
* Support
the annual remuneration review process for Locally Engaged Staff.
* Maintain
and enhance a global salary analysis model.
* Ensure
data integrity, strategic alignment, and defensible decision-making in
remuneration practices.
* Analyse
economic and remuneration data to inform policy and salary decisions.
* Collaborate
with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across
global HR operations.
Your Profile
* Demonstrated
expertise in Human Resources and Accounting .
* Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerQuery .
* Strong
analytical skills with experience in remuneration analysis and
interpreting economic data .
* High
attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
* Excellent
communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience
working in government or international organisations.
* Familiarity
with global compensation frameworks and benchmarking methodologies.
AUS citizenship and a current NV1 clearance is mandatory for this opportunity.
