The Role
This is a key operational role within our business. You will be integral to the day-to-day management of properties entrusted by our clients, working closely with owners, tenants, trades and internal team members.
No two days are the same and will include:
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
* Conducting property condition and routine inspections
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Managing day-to-day portfolio requirements
* Delivering outstanding customer service
All with the full support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Requirements
* Current Real Estate Registration (or we can arrange training and certification
* Current Driver's Licence
* Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, growing office
* Excellent customer service skills
* Friendly, professional and helpful nature
