to join our Youth Employment team. In this rewarding role, you'll use your community connections and build new networks to help local youth access employment, education, and essential support services.
Your Impact:
As our Partnerships Manager, you will:
* Build strong relationships with
local high schools

councils
, and
community organisations
* Promote our
youth employment program
to young people at risk of disengaging
* Plan and deliver
community engagement events
to raise program awareness
* Represent Jobs Statewide at
forums, expos, workshops, and community events
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with
youth, health, and support services
* Connect youth with the services they need to thrive and stay engaged
What You'll Bring:
* A strong existing network within the community (schools, councils, services)
* Proven experience in community liaison or stakeholder engagement
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* A proactive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with young people
* Ability to travel across
Adelaide metro
branches as required
* Recognised community presence and local knowledge highly desirable
