* Process high volume end‐to‐end payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to employee concerns.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management.
* Support the finance team in month‐end and year‐end reporting related to payroll.
* Ensure compliance with taxation and superannuation requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to manage employee data accurately.
