As a key figure in women's health, you will have the opportunity to lead the future of obstetrics and gynaecology at Gladstone Hospital.
The role combines strategic responsibility with 0.5 FTE clinical practice, influencing system-wide innovation and sustainability across our networked O&G services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team delivering maternity, obstetric, and gynaecological care
* Champion safety and evidence-based care while fostering a culture of continuous learning, research, and professional growth
* Oversee workforce development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) is essential for this position
* Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia is required
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Australian Medical Council is necessary
