Duties
* Managing a residential portfolio averaging about 150 properties,
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs using systems like Property Me
* Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing lease renewals, entries, and exits smoothly
* Resolving tenancy matters with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless client experience
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing your own residential portfolio
* Current Queensland Salesperson Registration
* Queensland Drivers' License
* Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
