Sustainability, Reporting & Governance Senior Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the achievement of Group outcomes and exemplify the BOQ Group values. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in governance, risk, compliance, and sustainability reporting.
We require a candidate with significant experience in Banking or Financial Services, bringing a diverse skill set in finance, risk, compliance, legal, or specialist ESG backgrounds. A proven track record in ESG, risk, compliance, governance, or reporting, along with strong risk and compliance knowledge, is essential.
The successful candidate will lead the governance of our sustainability program, support the delivery of initiatives enhancing our integrated reporting and control environment, and collaborate with various departments to manage the design and delivery of sustainability-related reporting and disclosure.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leveraging expertise in governance, risk, compliance, and sustainability reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance the Group's integrated reporting and control environment.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sustainability-related reporting and disclosure.
