Our client is a well-established electronic security business seeking a reliable and detail-focused Administrator / Data Entry Officer to join the team. This role plays a key part in supporting our Card Access operations for a diverse client base, including Government departments.
This position is office-based, 5 days per week, and is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, data accuracy, and administrative tasks.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and processing Card Access requests, ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion of access changes for our clients. Full training will be provided on Gallagher security systems, so prior experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and coordinate Card Access requests from multiple clients
* Perform accurate and timely data entry into security management systems
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure access changes are completed correctly
* Maintain records, logs, and documentation to a high standard
* Follow established procedures, particularly for Government clients
* Manage email-based requests and update job or access status as required
About You
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Enjoys data entry and administrative work
* Previous experience in administration or data entry roles preferred
* Comfortable working with systems and learning new software
* Reliable, organised, and able to follow processes
* Good written communication skills
* Able to work full-time in the office (Monday to Friday)
