About the team
The Contracts and Support team is embedded within the People and Culture Directorate of Barwon Health. The People and Culture Directorate is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Work Health and Safety.
About the role
As the Workplace Contracts and Support Administrator you will undertake and facilitate the daily transactional employment records of our employees working across all areas of the health service. Daily tasks may include processing employment contracts and variations, data entry into the payroll system (PayGlobal), processing new starter documentation along with general administration and support. We maintain high quality service to our client base across Barwon Health.
The successful candidate will have a desire to work in a fast-paced administrative team and be flexible and adaptable. A positive proactive approach is sought, and in turn you will be provided the opportunity to learn all functions within the team and opportunities to progress your career.
Salary: $66, + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
