**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Chef de Partie: To be successful in this role, you will need to have recognized culinary training or equivalent experience, preferably in an a la carte restaurant. You must also have the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
* Chef Skills and Qualifications: To perform this job safely and effectively, you will require a strong focus on food quality and presentation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
