* Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour for lunch)
* Use of company vehicles
* Portfolio of approx. 165 properties with a shared PM Assistant (Clean rent roll)
* No viewings - we have a Leasing Consultant
* No chasing New Managements - we have a BDM
* No end of month Trust Accounting - we have a Trust Manager
* No Property Condition Reports - these are outsourced
* No Routine Inspections - we have an in house Inspection Team
Requirements:
* A current WA Certificate of Registration with DMIRS is a requirement
* Previous experience in Real Estate / Property Management is a requirement
* Minimum 6-12 months of Property Management experience required
* Specific Property Management experience is essential for this role
* Excellent computing skills and attention to detail (Process Street, Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate experience preferred and would be a significant advantage)
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
* Immaculate presentation and great interpersonal skills
