The Risk Services Executive will be the first point of contact for Capricorn Risk members, responsible for retaining existing business and growing our portfolio through renewal management.
 * Manage the full renewal process, including calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
 * Provide personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
 * Collaborate with underwriting and field teams for seamless service delivery.
 * Identify member needs and match them with right protection solutions.
 * Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Key Requirements
This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent time management, adaptability, attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Previous sales experience and ASIC RG 146 Tier 1 qualification are essential, while insurance industry experience is desirable.
