About the Role
This position requires a strategic leader with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration frameworks and employee benefits programs. You will oversee end-to-end payroll delivery across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
 * Strategic Oversight: Design and implement Aspen Medical's remuneration and benefits frameworks to support business objectives.
 * Payroll Delivery: Oversee the annual remuneration review process and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.
 * Process Enhancement: Drive enhancements to payroll systems, processes, and vendor management to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
 * Reporting and Insights: Provide strategic reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board Committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a senior remuneration and/or payroll leadership role within a complex organisation.
 * Australian Legislation: Deep knowledge of Australian legislation covering remuneration, superannuation, payroll tax, leave accruals, and industrial instruments.
 * Remuneration Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration frameworks and employee benefits programs.
 * Payroll Governance: Strong payroll governance, compliance, and operational delivery experience.
 * Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
 * Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
