About the Role
This position supports the Sales Director in managing and growing the wholesale national retailer's portfolio across all brands and categories.
* Identify opportunities and drive business growth.
* Oversee product and marketing initiatives.
* Manage product range development.
* Analyse wholesale channel accounts to ensure budgeted sales, profit, and growth targets are met.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to plan, execute, and implement sales, product, and marketing strategies that enhance the presence of our brands in the national retailers market.
* Prepare and execute initiatives designed to increase sales and market share.
* Oversee customer order handling, inquiries, and complaint resolution to meet or exceed agreed service standards.
* Engage with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
* Manage customer relationships through regular communication.
* Develop and maintain efficient and effective customer communication plans.
* Build and sustain strong working relationships with key accounts and national retail customers.
* Communicate and enforce relevant policies and procedures that impact or involve customers.
* Prepare and analyse internal and external monthly and quarterly reports to guide decision-making.
* Attend training programs on products, systems, and skills and apply learned expertise to enhance customer interactions.
