About the Role: As the Leisure and Activities Coordinator, you'll plan, deliver, and oversee a range of activities and programs designed to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of aged residents at Tailem Bend Hospital.
Working collaboratively with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure all programs are engaging, resident-focused, and tailored to individual interests and needs.
You'll also contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and connected, helping to foster a sense of belonging and enjoyment in daily life.

What We're Looking For: Completed or working toward completion AQF Certificate IV relevant to the position.
Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
