We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability initiatives, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our 5 green star sustainable stores.
Sustainability Projects Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, engaging, and emerging construction professional who is passionate about sustainability and coordination. You will work closely with stakeholders to assist with project initiatives and ensure that all design briefs from architects and engineers are aligned with council policies.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management skills, great organisational abilities, and strong administration and coordination skills. You will also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for providing vital coordination and support for all sustainable projects. This includes collating and submitting documentation to verify the sustainable nature of the projects, updating and maintaining information in a consistent, accurate, and reliable manner, and assisting the Project Manager with management of quotes, budgets, and administration duties.
* You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to assist with project initiatives to timeline and budget.
* You will collate and submit all documentation that supports/verifies the sustainable nature of the project in line with the 5 green star rating requirements.
* You will update and maintain information in a consistent, accurate, and reliable manner.
* You will support the Project Manager with management of quotes, budgets, and administration duties.
* You will organise and maintain store project files and general files accordingly.
