Process Worker | Production or Manufacturing

About the Role: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our client's production team, specialising in the manufacturing of gold and silver bullion. You will begin in one production area, with the opportunity to expand your skills across other key processes.
Production areas include:
Smelting
Refining Technician duties
Machine Operation / Process Work
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment
Carry out smelting, refining or machine operation tasks
Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
Keep work areas clean and adhere to housekeeping procedures
Follow safety and compliance procedures at all times
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 4:30pm
About You: To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail skills, with the ability to follow processes precisely
Reliability and honesty
A commitment to keeping your work environment clean and safe
Nice-to-have experience:
Cast iron, plastics, alloy or die casting background
Knowledge of refining processes
Chemical handling or laboratory background
