* Organize and take inventory of kitchen supplies, using only the finest produce and necessary culinary items.

This role may involve supervision, training and coordination of other kitchen staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, maintaining stringent hygiene regulations, and executing menu items with necessary changes or adjustments.

Applicants should have 2+ years' experience in high-quality, fast-paced environments, as well as a Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

We offer a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 for this position.
