About Bass Coast Health:
On 1 January **** five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health.
A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives.
The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities.
Subject to final approval on 1 January ****, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

MANDATORY
Experience in a reception and / or administrative role
Proven well developed organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
File management both manual and online filing
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and maintain privacy
Demonstrated experience working with a range of IT software, telephone systems and programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
DESIRABLE
Experience with cash handling / payment transactions
Experience in working in a health service
