We are continuing on our growth journey, with new clinics opening in 2026 and beyond. As a result, we are seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join the team at our new clinic in Richmond, opening in March 2026. Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the patient experience and the smooth running of our practice.
What Will You Be Doing?
As the first point of contact, you'll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you'll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice. Whether you are an experienced Medical Receptionist or looking to use your transferable customer‐service skills in a new career, we place a strong emphasis on professional development and will tailor a training program to expand your skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointment
* Managing calls and patient bookings
* Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers
* Managing patient invoicing and receipting
To Be Successful, You Will Need To Have
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
* Confidence with technology
* Flexibility to work at multiple sites (within local vicinity) as required
