We are seeking a motivated Systems Analyst to support the successful implementation of a new Salesforce-based client information system. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in a system rollout that impacts key business operations.
This role reports into the Applications Manager, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive adoption of the new platform. Delivering end-user training and ongoing system support, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive training to end users, both one-on-one and in group/classroom settings
* Support change management initiatives and promote user adoption
* Triage and manage support tickets and user queries
* Maintain accurate system documentation and adhere to document control standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based systems
* An understanding of business process workflows and system implementation
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
* Confidence in delivering end-user training in different formats
* Familiarity and basic end-user testing experience would be highly regarded
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
