A well-established, values-driven organisation in the insurance and financial services space is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Talent leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator ready to take the next step in their career, or an already established personal assistant looking for their next opportunity. You'll join a high-performing, fast-paced division and provide essential support to two General Managers and other senior team members. What you’ll be doing: Comprehensive diary and inbox management for two senior GMs Assistance with the coordination of meetings, booking rooms and other internal coordination tasks Organise internal events and engagement activities across multiple sites Handle travel bookings, expenses and credit card reconciliations Keep team compliance and engagement activities on track Take minutes and manage actions from leadership meetings What we’re looking for: A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior administration or personal assistance role Demonstrated experience managing inboxes and busy diaries Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Reliable, detail-oriented and professional with a proactive mindset What’s in it for you?
