Job Title: Nightfill Manager EF
**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nightfill Manager to lead our night-fill department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring deadlines are met, shelves are fully stocked, and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
This role requires flexibility with evening working hours, as well as previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. Direct leadership experience is also essential, as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
The ideal candidate will be able to keep things simple and inspire customers by maintaining Coles visual merchandising, food safety, compliance and stock management standards. Additionally, they will drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the night-fill department to ensure deadlines are met and shelves are fully stocked
* Maintain exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
* Ensure compliance with Coles visual merchandising, food safety, and stock management standards
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop and manage teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
