Job Overview
Ensure staff collaboration and team work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect staff grooming and attire, rectifying any deficiencies.
* Communicate with guests, colleagues, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
* Respond to special banquet event arrangements.
* Set up banquet areas/rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment arrangement.
* Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness, and group requirements.
Document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Maintain quality expectations and standards.
