**Key Requirements**:
- A minimum 1-2 years in a similar administration/reception role.
- Experience working within the residential building, construction or property industries is preferred.
- A high level of administration with a key eye for detail.
- A service-oriented approach accompanied with a keen awareness for the needs of the company's clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
