We now have an opportunity for a Product & Services Technician to join our team.
Based at our Perth, WA office and travelling to our clients across WA, you will provide customers with Specialty Lubricant Products, Service & Support for heavy-duty plant and equipment, predominantly in the mining, quarrying and industrial sectors.
Job Description
You will focus on mining / manufacturing plant and equipment such as excavators, shovels, other mobile equipment, ball mills and conveyors and strategically contribute to the technical service and sales support associated with specialty lubricants and lubrication systems.
This role is key in delivering technical service and solutions for commercial customer's equipment, ultimately delivering commercial strategic value.
Your role will involve travel predominantly to our mining customers across Western Australia.
Qualifications
About you:
You are a Trade Certified Mechanical Fitter.
Technically skilled and customer centric you will use your hands-on technical aptitude and knowledge in heavy industry or a transport / related discipline.
You are independently motivated, and an energetic achiever with a passion for providing and articulating technical solutions in a team environment.
Results oriented and highly analytical, you will demonstrate exceptional communication skills coupled with a trade background and specific maintenance experience related to plant and equipment.
Able to travel regularly.
