Casual staff with great availability. Current ongoing vacancies in the Caloundra, Maroochydore and Nambour regions. Rocket Care is looking for dedicated Support Workers with prior SIL and complex support experience to join our growing team.

Your Mission
As a Disability Support Worker with Rocket Care, you'll navigate the dynamic and rewarding universe of individualised care. Your core duties will include:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
* Supporting clients to engage in their communities and explore new opportunities.
* Coordinating social and recreational activities to help clients achieve their goals.
* Helping clients develop and maintain their independence through skill-building and empowerment
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, support plans, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Mission Requirements
To join our fleet, you'll need to meet the following mandatory competencies, skills, and qualifications:
Previous experience in supporting people with a disability.
Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability, Community Services (or related fields) or willingness to complete.
Flexibility and availability to work a range of shifts including weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.
AnNDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWC) and a current clear National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Reliable car with a valid driver's license and comprehensive car insurance.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to navigate any mission challenges.
