We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing and treating young people aged 0-17 years and their families/carers.
About the Role
As a specialist therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support the recovery and long-term wellbeing of clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of young people and their families/carers to identify their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Provide individual and family-based therapeutic interventions, including dyadic and group therapy sessions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and referral pathways.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.

CAMHS is a specialist mental health service that assesses and treats young people 0 – 17 years of age and their families/carers within the HNE Local Health District.
Requirements
* Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate clinical psychology qualification of at least two years full time duration or recognised equivalent, displayed on the AHPRA website.
* Provisional Psychologists enrolled in an APAC-accredited Master of Clinical Psychology Course are eligible to apply (Clinical Psychologists in Training).
