Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking a Reconciliation Support Representative who will be responsible for activity within the Novated & Salary Packaging department in order to provide a quality end-of-lease reconciliation service to our customers. This is a full-time permanent role based at Scoresby.
How you'll make an impact
* Provide support to the Salary Packaging business to manage customer lease terminations and administrative tasks.
* Reconcile novated lease packaging arrangements, including, but not limited to, reconciling novated lease budgeted balances in Fleet & Salary Packaging systems and reconciling non-vehicle benefits.
* Perform administration functions such as supporting novated lease customer employer changes and supporting customers' leases coming off novation.
* Identify, address and resolve enquiries for customers within team responsibilities.
* Escalate enquiries, as and when necessary, to the appropriate area of the business.
* Achieve agreed KPI measures and metrics within the Novated Operations team.
Your attributes
* Experience in high-volume processing roles.
* Understanding of income and expenditure.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and remain agile.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner.
* Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
