As a key member of our team, the Terminal Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and secure terminal operations. This diverse and dynamic position involves coordinating daily activities, contingency planning, risk management, and exceptional customer service initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate terminal facilities and car park operations to optimize efficiency
* Respond to property tenant inquiries and oversee minor facilities maintenance
* Maintain accurate records, support invoice processing, and monitor costs to ensure financial transparency
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environmental, and regulatory requirements
This role demands strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is mandatory, along with a current NT driver's licence or the ability to obtain one.
