McMahon Services is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our Adelaide-based lifting team, supporting complex projects across construction, marine, civil and industrial sectors.

About the Role
Working within a small, highly skilled crew, you will operate and rig a range of cranes across diverse and technically challenging projects. Our fleet includes:
* 300T Liebherr
* 250T Kobelco
* 200T Liebherr & SANY
* 100T Liebherr
* 60T Tadano
* 40T Franna
* 28T Tidd
* 25T Frannas
* 4.9T Kobelco crawler
You will support lifting operations across multiple business divisions while maintaining plant condition, reporting maintenance requirements and upholding McMahon Services' safety standards.
Overtime and occasional work away may be required.
What You'll Do
* Operate cranes safely and efficiently across varied project environments
* Undertake rigging duties where required
* Work collaboratively within a high‐performing lifting crew
* Maintain plant cleanliness and serviceability
* Comply with WHS, environmental and quality standards
* Support project delivery across construction and industrial sectors
What You'll Bring
* Current C6 licence (C1 or CO highly regarded)
* Basic Rigging licence (Intermediate preferred)
* Working at Heights certification
* HR driver's licence
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Clear communication skills and professional conduct
* Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
* Willingness to work additional hours and travel when required
