Our Team
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world's most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.
Your Role
Working at our sites in Benalla and Mulwala – Pangerang and Yorta Yorta land in year one of the program you will:
* Understanding the site: production, cost accounting, financial accounting and project accounting
* Support the Senior Management Accountant to identify and improve business processes
* Review Manufacturing costings producing variance analyses of actuals versus standard
* Produce and review monthly reconciliations to clear outstanding aged transactions and justify balances
Your Experience
What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however there are a few key differences with this role that require the right person!
* You must be willing to relocate to Mulwala, support and relocation provided
* Recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2026
* Easily build relationships and have strong communications skills both written and verbal
* You love working in a team environment and value diversity
* Ability to problem solve and have a strong attention to detail
* Curious by nature, focused on the result and love to keep continuously learning!
