What You'll Be Doing As our go-to technical product expert, you’ll work closely with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and internal teams to keep the wheels turning smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range Creating and delivering training programs—both online and in person—for our customers, sales reps, and partners Collaborating with suppliers and brand partners to stay on top of technical developments Assisting with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions Building and maintaining a detailed library of product specs, service info, and technical resources Tracking product performance and proactively identifying improvement opportunities This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll help shape Flextools future with your insight, initiative, and technical know-how.
