Laminex is a trusted name across Australia's building and design industry. We're seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, supporting a strong and well established Mackay & Rockhampton region.
The Role
This is a hands on end to end Account Manager role, responsible for the full customer portfolio across trade, residential and commercial customers.
You'll manage a territory currently in a healthy position, with the focus on maintaining performance, strengthening relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships across a diverse customer base
* Maintain sales volumes, margins and market presence
* Provide a high level of day to day customer service
* Identify opportunities for growth across the territory
* Work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams
* Use Salesforce CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline and activity
About You
* Experience in account management or external sales
* Background in the building, construction or related industries preferred
* Confident working independently in a regional territory
* Strong relationship and communication skills
* Commercially minded and well organised
* Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
