Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Account Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day management and growth of a portfolio of client accounts. Reporting directly to our Head of Client Success, this role plays an important part in ensuring projects run smoothly, communication with clients is clear and organised, and retention marketing programs are delivered to a high standard. You will be the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of brands, acting as an extension of their team while coordinating the work needed to support their growth. At Growth Gurus, we encourage our team to dive into the brands they work with, learning about their products, understanding their customers, and becoming familiar with their goals so you can support meaningful growth. You will coordinate work across internal teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, technical specialists, and analysts, while maintaining strong relationships with your clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and motivated to grow professionally while helping our clients grow their businesses. We are open to candidates with early career experience or recent graduates who demonstrate strong organisational skills, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning about digital marketing and retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed. We aim to operate as a true extension of our clients' teams, so this role involves developing a strong understanding of each brand, their products, and their customers. Over time, you will become a trusted partner helping guide the execution of their retention marketing initiatives.
* Project Coordination: Manage the day-to-day coordination of work across your portfolio of client accounts to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and deadlines are met. This includes organising tasks, tracking deliverables, communicating timelines with clients, and ensuring internal teams have the information they need to execute effectively.
* Retention Marketing Execution: Support the execution of retention marketing initiatives, including email marketing, SMS programs, loyalty programs, and customer journey optimisation using platforms such as Klaviyo.
* Campaign Coordination and Execution: Work closely with our content lead, copywriters, designers, and technical team members to coordinate campaign production and ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and on schedule.
* Reporting and Performance Communication: Collaborate with our data and analytics team to gather performance insights and assist in preparing client reports that clearly communicate results and opportunities for growth.
* Client Status Reporting: Prepare monthly internal updates for the Head of Client Success summarising client account performance, progress on key initiatives, overall client satisfaction, and any potential risks or opportunities.
* Creative Brief Development: Translate client requests and strategic ideas into clear creative briefs for our design and content teams.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members across strategy, design, copywriting, technical development, and analytics to ensure all deliverables are executed to a high standard.

Skills and Qualifications

* Experience: Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, digital marketing, or a related field. Exposure to marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, or similar tools is beneficial but not required.
* Organisation and Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and keep work organised. Close attention to detail and accuracy.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
* Self-Motivation: Able to take ownership of tasks and manage responsibilities independently.
* Growth Mindset: A genuine interest in learning about retention marketing and developing professionally within the digital marketing industry.
