About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* technical aspects of Barrier Group's product portfolio, including design validation, product development, product documentation and procurement to meet stakeholders' needs;
* preparation of accurate cost estimates and quotes for custom projects; and
* collaboration with our quality assurance teams to ensure product quality.
About You
Your key attributes and skills will include:
* recent experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications, such as industrial design or mechanical engineering;
* proven experience in technical documentation and proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar);
* customer-first mindset and ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency;
* high-level interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with and present effectively to various stakeholders;
* strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling; and
* a proactive and can-do attitude.
