**About your new job**
As an experienced Dispute Liaison officer, you will be responsible for the management of disputed customer accounts. Your duties will include
- Identify the root cause of disputes raised
- Investigate, mediate or negotiate resolutions by engaging and driving all internal stakeholders and customers.
- Providing great customer service to customers leaving them with a great lasting impression
- Creating and adjusting account information in the accounting system
**About you**
- Strong customer service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
- Ability to build credibility, rapport, and influence with lines of business and external stake holders
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- A proven background in dispute resolution management - Sound knowledge in standard MS Suite of products.
